I'm just your average guy who enjoys all types of food and cooking. I generally dislike the word 'foodie' but I guess if you can come up with a less pretentious version, that's what I am.
My kitchen isn't the biggest, my knives are not the sharpest and I certainly don't have all the gadgets but that's not going to stop me being creative.
I hope that this 'blog' will offer some inspiration to those who want to try something different on a normal budget with a normal kitchen.
I'm not one of those people who starts each entry with a massive story as to what made me want to try something.
It's going to be simple, interesting, vibrant and tasty!
